Fulfillment Policy- All services are contract based. Services will be rendered on the date, time and location as listed in the agreed contract.

Canceltiaons - Non refundable retainer is not refundable- cancelation prior to 30 days are non refundable- client my re-book services based on availablity. 

Privacy Policy- ·  Contact details — name, phone number, email address, mailing address

·  Event details — event date, location, theme, guest count, preferences, and any custom requests

·  Payment information — processed securely through third‑party payment providers; no full payment details are stored

Terms and conditions - ·  All payments are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

·  Accepted payment methods will be listed on the invoice.

·  Custom orders, rentals, and vendor services may require additional deposits. ·  Any changes to event details, services, or design concepts must be submitted in writing.

·  Additional services requested after the agreement may incur extra fees.

·  Major changes requested within 30 days of the event may not be guaranteed.

·  The Company is not liable for:

• Acts of nature, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control

• Venue restrictions or vendor failures

• Damage caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff

·  The Client assumes responsibility for any damage to Company property or rentals.

·  All retainers and payments are non‑refundable.

·  If the Client cancels the event, all payments made up to that point are forfeited.

·  If the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be issued for services not yet rendered.

·  he Company may photograph or record décor and setups for marketing purposes.

·  Clients may opt out by submitting a written request before the event date.
